FELIZ NAVIDAD

Feliz Navidad a todos!!
I am so so so so happy and I love Christmas and I love being a missionary and there has been so so soooooo many miracles.
This week was incredible. Heavenly Father totally took us in our weakness and put us in amazing positions where we were able to be instruments in his hands. There were way too many moments this week of "I was at an all-time low when you stopped by." "I didn't know what to do, and then you came and knocked on my door." Our plans were so guided, our days would just get flipped around but we would visit members or run into people that just needed hope. It was very humbling.
We went out Caroling with the Rama and that was so fun. We split up into two different groups to invite all of the less active members to come to the fiesta on Saturday night. We went with the Romero family and he pulled out his cuatro and we sang silent night. It was really powerful. Sinai is 8 and she has the sweetest little voice. She would sing and you could just watch everyone stop and watch her. We were just backup, she was the real show. It softened a lot of hearts and it really brought the spirit.
La familia. Faby and Ingrid are the mothers, Angel, Marco, Eduardo, and Emmanuel are the niños (they're 4 guys from Mexico between 20-30 they've all got esposas and niños too), and now Hermana Bechtold and I have been adopted as the niñas. It is really cool the love that is in their home, it really does feel like family even though we're all from all over. We've been teaching them and it's been so amazing. This last week, we just prayed that we would be able to teach what they need. We were able to teach and the spirit was palpable. It was the type of spirit that you can look around and know that nobody in that room can deny there is something different. They were also having a really hard time and so Hermano Rodriguez gave them priesthood blessings. They all have felt the spirit and cannot deny it!!
LA FIESTAAAAA was so fun! We had so many members and nonmembers and it was so cool. The food was tasty and Faby cooked one of the Turkeys and it was great. It was a little funny until the music got put on and they started dancing. It's fun to watch all the members from all different countries dance. It's in those moments that I am reminded how white I am. I just watched from a far and hung out with Arthur and Mateo (actual niños.)
Have the happiest Christmas. I love you all lots. Remember why we celebrate! I am so grateful for my Heavenly Father, that he sent his son, and the amazing love they both have for each of us. Reach out to someone who needs you this Christmas. There are so many people who feel so alone and will sigh with relief to see or hear from you.

Hermana Crofts
Ruben gave us this jacket/vest for Christmas.
It was really too sweet and we had a fun photo shoot. LOL

The food adventures continue with Faby and Ingrid. We go often times a couple times a week.

To go over without hambre (not hungry) is a mistake. If you stop in, you will eat.
